I’ve got pretty pictures but can’t work out what maths to do!

The top picture represents a Unicorn while the bottom picture represents a Horse .
Now for the math: figuratively subtract the bottom picture from the top picture and
what remains is the answer to this puzzle.
The answer contains ——4—— letters.

Just out of curiosity, did anyone see the images without coloring them in? Like my eyes blurred a bit staring at it and I saw both images clear as day and get the answer from that.
