Need help. When deciphering code from hint, I 78OUL which isn’t correct. Is there something else I need to do.

Hello, based on hint #1 … how would blindfolded character read along with the other hints I thought answer would be Braille…wrong
Then if u look at cards I get
OLVU… wrong help
