Im now much closer but missing some information on the missing symbols bracketed below, really don’t understand the first and second puzzle spreads

This puzzle is fun and involves many steps mostly repeated. Puzzle #48 shows five wheels with symbols. Decode the symbols from the previous pages to spell the starting word which is DEMON

The remaining steps are the same as a previous puzzle # —9—
